As mentioned in BZ #274574, It would be best if plugins depending on the profiling framework didn't also bring in BIRT as well. This is already in master (50937355abf3d5d6e75206865d8a409a8d4615a0 I believe) so It should probably be in for 0.9.1 as well.

This is in fact in stable-0.9 as 35d2a5bfb2508171210dff808898883f9ccd7a05 but wasn't in the 0.9.0 tag.
