Simple PL/SQL stored procedure (in a package) tests are already covered.
Type tests have been moved.
Top-level simple PL/SQL testing has been moved.

Proposed fix - Type and OXDescriptor tests.

Fixes for type support, not building reference descriptors, null pointer (null result object) when no OUT args on a stored procedure, QueryOperation/Query name when there's overloading and/or pattern matching.

The DBWS server tests will cover any required functionality from the visit suite.  Closing as fixed.
