Introduced (internally) in #353161 - we need to review and align on these events across teams and in the UIA tooling.

Once we're aligned, we need to remove the @nodoc tag so they're documented and supported.

I added the initial events to xdc.runtime.Log (tracked by #353161), but we haven't aligned with the UIA team.

This particular bug/enhancement tracks that alignment.
