Every scheduled or "manually" triggered job run should add the used parameters to the job history entry.
This is especially important if the parameters attached to schedules should change.

Konrad, I add the parameter to the history. They are now saved as part of the run. I also added new API which allows to set/update the parameter when queuing a job.
