Description Laurent Goubet CLA 2011-11-15 04:13:10 EST
The file generation currently supports a boolean for the "mode" : append or overwrite. There should also be a mode in which Acceleo would not touch a file if it already exists : "once".

For example, MANIFEST.MF files do not support "comments" in their syntax, preventing the use of protected areas or @generated anotations. For such files, Acceleo should provide a "default" generation if it does not exist yet ... and never touch it again if it exists.

Still holds true to this day... requires a parser change
