Eunit library

No validation error passing patterned timestamp argument to timestamp inout parameter

All the test variations in the attached eunit library should throw validation errors.

The TypeCompatibilityUtil was coded to treat Timestamp and Timestamp(yyyyMMddHHmmss) as the same type. I have fixed this.
