DojoTimeTextBox value type is timestamp now.
We should use time type when it is re-introduced.

This should be fixed in .8.1 I3 to be consistent with Time.

Updated DojoTimeTextBox.egl and .js.  Also updated the DojoTimeTextBoxSample.egl file.
