NPE occurs when you try to fetch changes from gerrit when closed or not shared with git project is selected.

To reproduce:
1. Select closed project or one that isn't shared with git
2. Press ctrl + 3
3. Type in "Fetch From Gerrit" and approve it
4. NPE occurs
