The Arabic characters are replaced by underscore line in fields like "ID" ,"Provider"  and "Activator"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Open a “Plug in Project” wizard and press next until the template page then choose the “Transformation Mapping” template
2- Write Arabic letters in the “project name” field then press next.

Expected Result:
The typed name for the project should be reflected in the next page of the wizard .

Actual Result:
The Arabic characters are replaced by underscore line in fields like "ID" ,"Provider"  and "Activator"

Not related to RTL mode. Problem seems to be bug 81994, and there is already a message about this in the wizard, see bug 81994 comment 13.

The underscores are used to replace non-ASCII characters in the project name, because plug-in IDs must consist of characters A-Za-Z0-9_ .

Looks like the wizard also replaces the plug-in name and the package name to match the plug-in ID. I think that's OK.
