The same issue was reported earlier and resolved in a patch for Eclipse 3.5
However, I am able to reproduce the issue in Eclipse 3.6 Helios

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Section Names starting with caps 'T' or caps 'N' have high probability of reproducing this issue. Strange but true.

I cannot reproduce this issue. Given the age of the bug, I am going to close this. Please file a new bug against Oxygen if the issue persists.
