Description Elias Volanakis CLA 2011-11-09 05:03:31 EST
The Eclipse / RCP target has support for junit 3.x and 4.x.
RAP has only support for junit 3.x.

This is a problem when single-sourcing code that uses junit 4 tests. Please add a junit 4.x bundle to the RAP target.
Comment 1 Elias Volanakis CLA 2012-04-20 15:39:37 EDT
Any progress on this?

RAP 1.5.M6 still only includes junit 3.
Comment 2 Ralf Sternberg CLA 2012-04-22 11:39:08 EDT
Why is it a problem to include JUnit 4 in your target if you need it?
I don't think that the RAP JUnit bundle can deal with JUnit 4, and I think this was the main reason to include JUnit at all.
Comment 3 Elias Volanakis CLA 2012-04-24 12:32:23 EDT
It makes single sourcing easier, since the RCP SDK already includes Junit 4.

Personally, it is not a huge problem, but every extra step that consumers have _not_ to take, helps.
Comment 4 Ivan Furnadjiev CLA 2013-07-25 03:20:15 EDT
JUnit 4.11 has been added to RAP runtime 2.1.
