in AbstractJptGenerator we add a LaunchListener to the LaunchManager each time one of our generators is used. We never remove these listeners. See AbstractJptGenerator.addLaunchListener()

fixed this in HEAD for 3.1RC1, seems like a good candidate for 3.0.2
