Build Identifier: IES 3621 level I20110707_20110707_0831

The feature "org.eclipse.equinox.server.core" should update the reference to plug-in "org.eclipse.osgi" as it has been bumped to 3.6.3 from 3.6.2 in IES level 3621 and higher.

This is not a build maintained by the equinox team.

It seems that IES needs to pull this feature in their build of 3.6.2+.  CC'ing Steve Francisco for his awareness.

Okay, have opened a defect against IES build team to track the problem
