The SDK tools were written back when EDT was still in the incubator stage. These classes need to be updated with better documentation and (in the case of IRLoader, updated to allow both Binary an XML format of irs to be read).

The documenation should include sections about how to instantiate an IDE compiler when these classes are run inside of the IDE.

These classes include:

EGL2IR
EGLC
IRLoader
TestLoadPart ?? (this may just be a duplicate of IRLoader)
