It would be nice to be able to configure the contents of PHPDoc that is generated automaticly when the user types /** above an element. For example for the class PHPDoc it now outputs only the @author tag whiles I would like something more eg. @version.

You need to customize code template for new type comment. See screenshot with example customization.
