Given: A form with a tab box and a link button. Depending on the selected tab, the link button is visible.

Effect: I change the dialog window size manually. Now if i click on a tab the custom window size is reset.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take the attached form and link the form.startNew() method.
2. Open the form.
3. Change the window size of the form.
4. Click on a tab.
-> the size of the window should no change automatically
