Description Sam Davis CLA 2011-11-07 18:55:49 EST
Bugzilla reorders dependencies so that incomplete tasks are listed first. The connector seems to suppress an incoming notification for these changes, but the dependencies field is still highlighted as incoming and still shows up in the notification popup when there are other changes. For a long list of subtasks, it's not possible to see in the popup whether it has actually changed or not.

Thanks for the report. Sam, do you have any suggestions how to address this problem? I wonder if we should render subtasks sorted in the tooltip to ensure that we have a canonical format and suppress the incoming notification in the editor if only the order has changed.

I think that makes sense.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].

We are closing ~14K Bugzilla issues to give the new team a fresh start. If you feel that this issue is still relevant, please create a new one on GitHub.
