The Pull and Push Result dialogs must also show the committer if it is different from the author.

This one caused me quite some grief: I was pulling the changes from the repo and then I saw some incoming changes with my name on it. I first thought I'm crazy, but when I then tracked it down, I figured out that another committer cherry-picked some of my changes.
