I'm not sure if this is eclipse bug or aptana which I have installed as a plugin. At some point CTRL+C stops working so I try to quit the program. Clicking on the X at the top right corner does nothing. I choose File>Exit, main window dissapears and a new window appears saying "Operation in progress" which just hangs there. Have to quit the program by invoking the process manager.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Also, when Eclipse refuses to shutdown, get a thread dump and see what it's doing.
