i experienced this with for example this file

Occurance of class name only found in string literals, if I modify something in a file (so the asterisk is next to its name), and then do a rename of the class. If the file is saved, then the occurance is not found.

Please describe a sequence of steps reproducing the problem. Please be specific. I have hard time understanding the comment #0.
