The json model is located inside the o.e.rtp.core bundle. It also can be configured with the system property "configuration.url". IMHO there should be a default location for this model outside the o.e.rtp.core bundle. The default location should be the configuration location of the RTP-package <install-location>/configuratin/sources.json.
