Sometimes when I am editing a WSDL file, particularly if I copied this file from an external source, the editor lags, so when I am typing some text there is no reactions, I save and when I reload in the editor, I realized that my text was typed twice. It is error prone.

The WSDL editor is not part of the BPEL project. I suggest you report this to the WTP project here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=WTP%20Webservices
