In the WTP build, after moving up to the Juno M3 driver, we are seeing:

Missing pattern or file: .*(plugin|bundle|OSGI-INF/l10n/bundle).properties in file: org.eclipse.equinox.console_1.0.0.v20111024-1601.jar 

Missing pattern or file: about.html in file: org.eclipse.equinox.console.source_1.0.0.v20111024-1601.jar

Where are you seeing this?  Some verification you do in your build?

I think this is bug 362307 and should be fixed in the latest I-Build.

Yes, this is in verification done during the WTP build.  We are still on Juno M3, since our +1 date is next week.  If this issue is not resolved by bug 362307, I will reopen this bug (once we move to a post-M3 version of base Eclipse.)
