At leastin IE 9 the session timeout message is placed in the upper left corner of the browser window/tab.

In IE8 the session timeout message is placed correctly in the middle of the screen.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

IE9s standard mode does not tolerate unitless dimensions, fixed by adding "px".
