On Model explorer View, it is not possible to see the diagrams that are created on the model. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new UML model
2. Create a new UML Diagram
3. Put some element (ex: a class on a class diagram)
4. See the Model Explorer View and try to find the diagram

seems to be fixed now.
