The internationalization at the guidancer project is incomplete therefore I add
a package with a new class at org.eclipse.jubula.app.autagent. At this class I
add the strings which have to be internationalized. The other stings became
constants.

I was wrong this project was no GUIdancer project, but was a part of Jubula. I set this ticket as invalid.
