The required Java project's name in Java Build Path can not be renamed when its name was changed by Refector

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create projects P1 and P2
2.Set properties of P1 to add P2 into its Java Build Path
3.Rename P2 -> P2Rename
4.Java Build Path for P1 not updated and there are errors for missing required Java project
