Rename the target project's name, its name in dd file can not be refreshed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a project P1
2.Open P1.egldd and add a target project "mytarget" and save P1.egldd
3.Rename "mytarget" to "myrename"
4.Reopen P1.egldd. the target project disappear in the dd file

A 'bad' target specified in a DD should result in a Warning in the Problems view for the DD file. This will alert the developer to the fact that this DD may not deploy properly.
