After renamed a project, the dd file of this project still kept the old name and was not be renamed with the project's name.

Setting to Future, since this happens in RBD and our list of refactoring issues is large.

The name of the DD file is not meant to be kept in synch with the name of the project.  The DD file is initially given the same name as the project to make sure there are no collisions with existing DD files.
