Description fahua jin CLA 2011-11-02 22:33:00 EDT
Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201111012101

1) Import the H2.egl to the workspace.
2) Open the H2 with VE, and switch to the Preview tab.
3) Click in the input field, and then click anywhere out of input field. The error label displays the error message returned by the control validator.
4) Click in the input field again, you'll find that it will pop-up a tool tip window which displays the same error message as in the error label.

For the 4th step, the error message tool tip will not be displayed in the RBD 8012.

This defect maybe related to the bug 359165, please close this defect if it's duplicated.

Reproducible: Always

I tried this and it's not popping up a tooltip for me. It might be that one of the other fixes made today indirectly fixed this. If you still experience it, which browser are you using?

Justin, it still happens in my nightly build (0.7.0.v201111032101). Also, please refer to the attachment for the screen-shot. Thanks.

I do see this in an install build, and not in my dev workspace, so that means the fix from bug 362767 that wasn't released is what fixed this bug. Next build should contain the fix.
