There is a transformedRepos directory on the orion build machine that is used as the "target" for building orion bundles. However this repository doesn't get cleared before each build, and instead new content is just mirrored into the existing repository. This means if we attempt to remove or downgrade a bundle, it will still take the newer one from this repository and it will not be building what we expect. This repository should be cleared at the start of each build.

This was part of the PDE build which is no longer used.
