If one needs to merge for example a trunk to a branch manually via the compare function, it is not possible to copy or merge new files from one repository to another. It has to be done manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a repository, check in a project and create a branch from it.
2. Check out the branch 
3. Check in some new files onto the trunk
4. Right click onto the branch, select "Compare with->Revision or URL" and select the trunk URL
5. New files from the trunk appear but it's not possible to copy the onto the branch.
