Build Identifier: 20110916-0149

Struts tags, Displaytag and many others have "style" attribute, which is copied to "style" attribute of HTML content generated by this tag. CSS content assist is unavailable in this attribute.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Web Project with Struts 1.X
2. In new JSP file type <html:form style=""></html:form>
3. Place cursor between double quotes and invoke content assist (Ctrl+Space)
Content assist appears with "No Default Proposals". Would be great to have CSS proposals here.
