Build Identifier: 20111102 nightly build

Created record got compile error for having length value specified. For String, any, number, smallint, int, bigint, float, smallfloat, date and time are not allowed to have a length value specified in EDT.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Record Creation wizard
2. Choose "Record from XML Schemas"
3. Copy the attached schema to the TextArea as a string, and finish the wizard
4. Go through the created record, you may find several compile error indicates
that string, int or the types listed in summary are not allowed to have a length value specified in EDT.

remove Length append for all String type
