Build Identifier: 20111101 nightly build

Created record got compile error for lost '?' behind reference data type. For example timestamp.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Record Creation wizard
2. Choose "Record from XML Schemas"
3. Copy the attached schema to the TextArea as a string, and finish the wizard
4. Go through the created record, you may find several compile error indicates that timestamp is not instantiable. You need to add a ? behind declaration.
