Sample generator is still showing in Compiler setting. We should remove it (at least from UI).

I have commented out the extensions in below plugin configuration, the sample generator is no longer showing in EDT ui. 
     org.eclipse.edt.gen.generator.example\plugin.xml

We may want to remove the entire plugin from EDT build if it is not needed. 

Jeff, I'm assigning this to you because I saw you are the most active author for this plugin. If we don't want to ship this with EDT, please work with Matt to remove it from the build.
