There is the same issue in RBD.
DD another BorderContainer into a BorderContainer, then DD some widgets into the second level BorderContainer. Those widgets will mess up together.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.DD a Dojo BorderContainer into a handler.
2.DD another BorderContainer into the newly BorderContainer.
3.DD some widgets into different ContentPane in the 2nd level BorderContainer.

Actual results: The widgets in 2nd level BorderContainer will mess up together.

This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD, so I am deferring the fix to 1.0.
