Timestamp host variable formats as date rather than timestamp following fetch.

Test output shown below.   Be sure to download both test case and database load library.

Start test to show that timestamp host variables format as date following fetch
default get row, use string parameter to show timestamp 
aTimeStamp = 01/05/1970
aStringTimeStamp = 1970-01-05 00:00:00.000000
default get row, use timestamp parameter to show timestamp 
aTimeStamp = 01/05/1970
aStringTimeStamp = 1970-01-05 00:00:00.0
switch source columns on get, use string parameter to show timestamp
