This is currently working as designed since you most likely do not have the XULRunner engine installed (you have to download and install the XULRunner runtime). We are looking into being able to ship the XULRunner engine w/ EDT, but until then it will require a manual update to your configuration to use XULRunner. The instructions for configuring your workspace are not difficult, but I will hold off on listing them here until we have determined if we will or will not be shipping XULRunner with EDT.

Hi Brenda,

Did you config XULRunner for your EDT? if not, here is the step to config it:
1) Download XUNRuner from http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/1.9.1.19/runtimes/
2) Unzip the XUNRunner to a folder
3) Add below line to the -vmargs section in eclipse.ini
   -Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=PATH_TO_XULRunner
4) Start EDT
5) Open Window --> Preferences --> EGL --> Rich UI --> Appearance
    Make "Mozilla XULRunner" checked

Please see bug 362866, don't use quotes in your PATH_TO_XULRunner. Please reopen this if you still see the error. Thanks a lot.
