The Gerrit connector is taking advantage of newer APIs which are breaking the build with EGit 1.0.

I am proposing to increase the minimum required EGit version from 1.0 to 1.1. 

This shouldn't cause any compatibility issues since EGit 1.1 still supports Eclipse 3.5: http://wiki.eclipse.org/EGit/FAQ#What_versions_of_Eclipse_does_EGit_target.3F

The EGit dependency has been updated to 1.1 or later in all target definitions.
