When I drag buttons onto BorderContainer, sometimes it gets lost. 

Will also reports that:
<I am fairly sure you could drop a BorderContainer widget and then easily drop widgets within each of the areas of the border container (north, east, etc). Not the case in EDT.>

The reason is that a widgets could be DD into the same level of DojoContentPane, which will lead BorderContainer displaying abnormal. Please refer to screenshot.

Fix to make sure can not dnd a widget between DojoContentPane in DojoBorderContainer, DojoAccordionContainer, DojoTabContainer and DojoStackContainer
