Build Identifier: M20110210-1200

See steps to reproduce. If you apply a column filter to a page with nodes, the filter is only applied within the page, and not on the tree.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a IPageWithNodes with some child nodes
2. Filter the nodes using the DefaultTableColumnFilterManager
3. The nodes in the page are filtered, the nodes in the tree are not
