For the Scout 3.8.0 Juno release we consider to deprecate the Scout Axis
webservice support and replace it with JAX-WS (RI 2.1.6 in JDK 6) support.

The Scout SDK should support the developer in creating and maintaining webservice providers and consumers. For webservice providers, the primary scope is on Contract-First providers.
