Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201110302101

1) Open any RUIHandlers, delete the root grid layout.
2) In the design pane, click the Undo.
3) In the Outline view, select the root grid layout, and right click it. You'll find the Delete menu item is disabled.

This is no chance to fix it in 0.8, will target to fix it in 1.0
