1. Create a new task for Eclipse.org (bugzilla)
2. In the Package Explorer, right click on a project and select Show In > History
3. Drag and drop the last commit onto the Task Editor
IS: a new editor with the patch is opened
SHOULD BE: the patch is attached to the bug when submitted

Changing this to a feature request since submitting attachments on new tasks is not supported.
