Usually after creating a new table a whole bunch of columns must be created.
Currently for every column the new-column-wizard must be started manually.

Requirement: Add a functionality so that at the end of the wizard the option is available to create another column which adds the same pages to the wizard again.

If creating more than one column: the second wizard remembers the last next step selection used.
This helps to create batches of columns without changeing the next steps each time.
