Build Identifier: 

When a external type widget has syntax error, and opened a handler which use it, the JS Syntax Error keeping refresh in VE when use IE.

Reproducible: Always

This is caused by the VE dynamic loading can not separate a syntax error or a normal dojo widget added in IE.

This is no chance to fix it in 0.8, will target to fix it in 0.8.1
