Orion 0.3

I am seeing the behaviour reported by John Barton on the orion-dev list [1] where the chosen outliner reverts to the default.

Steps:
1. Log into Orion as myself, open a file, choose Nonymous as my outliner
2. Log out.
3. While logged out, reload the editor page. I get the default outliner (which is good).
4. Log in as myself, reload the editor.
5. Nonymous is no longer selected as the outliner.

May be related to the prefs changes that went into 0.3RC3.
