I frequently see messages like this on the console:

java.io.IOException: Read error
        at java.io.FileInputStream.read(Native Method)
        at org.eclipse.jgit.util.FS$2.run(FS.java:289)

Do I have to worry?

If not, could you please suppress the messages by default (unless the debug property is set)?

Merged into master as commit 2de1d9fb64fe7202735ffbc3774b5e2d56874307
