Would be nice to be able to reuse all the work done for the TaskEditorAttributePart, but provide a different set of attributes (and a different part name).

I extracted org.eclipse.mylyn.internal.tasks.ui.editors.AbstractTaskEditorAttributeSection from the existing attributes section. This class is available in master and the e_3_7_m_3_6_x branch.
